A little bit about myself
Life is a constant process of change. We grow, we evolve, we meet people who leave something behind in us, and we discover places that change the way we see the world. Perhaps that is precisely why photography means so much to me. While time keeps moving forward, photographs give us a way back to the people, places, and moments that truly matter.
My love for photography began as a hobby. I knew early on that I needed to create and today, 15 years later, I can look back on more than 300 weddings and shoots. The places I’ve been fortunate enough to discover, and above all, the wonderful people I’ve met along the way have all helped shape my craft. So much has changed but one thing has remained: my deep passion for capturing moments.
My professional background in the field of media as well as psychotherapy has also shaped the way I see and connect with people. For me, there is a natural bridge between understanding human emotions and documenting them. Truly seeing people and creating a space where they can simply be themselves is just as important as the photograph itself, especially when it comes to weddings and intimate stories.
My way of seeing
My work is characterized by capturing naturalness and timelessness and above all, it is shaped by the people in front of the camera. Every couple has their own way of communicating, their own dynamic, their own way of showing closeness and love. Understanding this is an essential part of my work.
I take the time to listen, to ask questions and to get a sense of who you are because I believe meaningful photographs begin long before I pick up the camera. Communication is at the heart of the way I work. It allows me to create trust, to understand what matters to you and to give you the space to feel comfortable and to be yourselves. I want you to feel seen and understood, rather than simply photographed.
